  • Order Processing: We process orders in the sequence they are received. If you're in a hurry and need an item ASAP, don't hesitate to reach out via Etsy message. We offer a Rush Option and UPS shipping add-ons to ensure your special pieces arrive when you need them.

  • Communication: For any urgent needs or specific deadlines, please communicate with us directly through Etsy messages. We cannot honor deadline requests mentioned in your order notes.

  • Shipping Options: All orders are shipped via USPS First Class from Miami, FL. At checkout, you have the flexibility to upgrade to UPS expedited shipping or USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery times.

  • Responsibility for Delays: Sweet Olive Street prides itself on timely shipping, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by mail carriers beyond the expected delivery dates. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds for packages delayed under these circumstances.
